Clients confirm that they have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

That they take part in a day ride with Riviera Cycling at their own risk and if there is any doubt about  their physical fitness and ability to take part in strenuous exercise they are advised to consult their doctor.

They acknowledge that cycling is an activity with risk of personal injury or even death and  accept these risks, being entirely responsible for their participation in such activity.

They are advised to take out adequate insurance against the cost of medical expenses, evacuation, repatriation and loss of earnings in the event of suffering injury or illness during a ride; against loss or damage to property and against liability that  may be incurred in respect of third parties.

They recognise that there are factors outside the control of Riviera Cycling  which could cause injury or death for which Riviera Cycling cannot be held liable or negligent; including but not limited to, the state of road surfaces, behavior of other road users, mechanical failure or adverse weather conditions.

They are advised to wear a protective helmet.

They agree that Riviera Cycling may use photographs/films taken of them for marketing purposes unless otherwise instructed.
